Blake Griffin Car
Have you ever read a Blake Griffin article where his freakish athleticism wasn't mentioned? That's because he is so athletic that it becomes a part of everything he is basketball. Blake Griffin's dunks so far this season have awed crowds in arenas everywhere and it doesn't look like the show will stop anytime soon.
Already Blake is being to great power forwards Charles Barkley and Karl Malone. Amazingly the comparisons are justified. Although Griffin doesn't have the shooting ability of Malone or the mean streak of Sir Charles, he does seem to have an uncanny combination of both greats.
Griffin's leaping ability and explosiveness is the first trait that comes to mind. He is one of the rare players that can explode over opponents without a big running start. If he does get a head of steam, Blake Griffin has been known to get so high that his head hits the rim!
Another fantastic characteristic is Griffin's strength. He already put his beastly strength on full display in an earlier contest vs the Lakers when he got so much leverage on Lamar Odom that Odom got completely frustrated and earned a technical. Keep in mind Odom is a very strong player in his own right.
